My name is Sabrina Jezo and I am the founder of Rootz and Powerz counselling, clinical supervision and EFT therapy,  based in Coventry. 

​

​I am a person-centred therapist and EFT & Matrix Reimprinting Practitioner who curtails my work to suit the individual needs of the client. This may include working creatively or incorporating psycho education into the work we do to support self-awareness and understanding how your body has adapted to the traumas you have experienced throughout your life.

 

My ways of working is to support clients with the space to understand and manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours through connecting mind, body, and soul rather than treating these separately. 

 

 Creating space to understand those ‘emotional wounds’ because of what has been experienced. The more you learn to understand yourself; the more you can embark on and embrace your journey of life.​Since 2019, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences regarding sexual abuse and rape.

 

Client well-being is my number one priority, and I go above and beyond to help them through life's obstacles.  With 10+ years experience of working with young people through a range of different settings including young offenders, residential home and educational settings, I have knowledge and experience of working with a range of special educational needs, mental health needs as well as working with young people whom English is an additional language, allowing me to support such clients also.​

 

I offer therapy to children, young people and adults through walk and talk sessions, face to face sessions and remote sessions via telephone, texted based or video calling.​Offering one to one and relationship therapy.​At Rootz and Powerz we also offer a mentoring and consultation service using experienced staff across the midlands area, specialising the support for 11–25-year-olds who have been victims of youth violence, at risk of child criminal exploitation, county line drug dealing, those at risk of serious violence and gang intervention needs.
