Do you offer sliding scale rates?

Unfortunately I do not offer sliding scale rates but I do offer a discount for a block of 5 sessions for those who would like that option

How long does each therapy session take?

Counselling assessments usually take 30-50 minutes.

Individual therapy sessions last up to 50minutes. It is advised Relationship therapy is 1.5 hours but 50minute sessions can be offered EFT and Matrix Reimprinting sessions are around 1 hour 30minutes.

Workshops can be 1-4 days for 1-2 hours.

What do you mean by person-centred therapy?

Person-centred therapy is a non-directive approach to talking therapy which allows clients the work on their feelings in the here and now.
